产科临床带教中健康教育路径教学的设计策略探析

临床护理路径的目的,在于让患者享受高质量的服务。借助于表格形式的护理路线图来反映护理路径的各项内容。以临床护理路径图作为依据,对护生进行教育的重点是,入院之后实施剖腹产与正常顺产的全部产妇给予适当的护理,并在出院之前,应指导护生教育产妇自己动手对婴儿做脐部护理、按摩与沐浴等,然后,对护生实施护理操作的合格率进行评估。产科临床带教中,强调运用健康教育路径的重要作用是使护生提高护理服务的质量,改善护患关系,取得教和学双向的护理效果,可提高护生学习质量,改善医院综合性护理的质量。

The aim of clinical nursing path is to make the patients enjoy the high-quality services and reflect various con-tents of nursing path by using the form nursing path, and the key point of education of student nurses according to the clin-ical nursing path is to implement the proper nursing for all delivery women with cesarean section and normal natural birth and guide the delivery women to do the umbilical nursing and massage and bath on their own, and then evaluate the quali-fied rate of nursing operation, in the clinical teaching in the department of obstetrics, the important effect of health educa-tion path is to improve the nursing service quality, improve the relationship between the nurses and patients, obtain the nursing effect, improve the learning quality of student nurses and improve the hospital general nursing quality.
