摘要
目的探索护理质量持续改进模式用于神经外科患者临床护理服务中的效果。方法分别随机选取2016年1—12月间该科住院患者100例患者为治疗组、2012年1—12月100例患者为对照组,其中对照组患者给予常规护理干预,治疗组患者采用护理质量持续改进模式护理,对比分析两组患者的护理质量、护理满意度等指标。结果治疗组护理质量、医患满意度评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量持续改进模式在神经外科护理工作中,可以提高护理质量、医患满意度,构建和谐护患关系,值得在临床护理工作中得到推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing quality continuous improvement model in the clinical nursing service of patients in the department of neurosurgery. Methods 100 cases of inpatients in our department from January 2016 to De-cember 2016 were randomly selected as the treatment group, and 100 cases of patients from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as the control group, and the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the treatment group adopted the nursing quality continuous improvement model for nursing, and the nursing quality and nursing satisfac-tory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality and medical satisfactory degree in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious ( P〈0.05). Conclusion In the nursing work in the department of neurosurgery, the nursing quality continuous improvement model can improve the nursing quality and medical satisfactory degree and construct the harmonious nurse-patient relationship, which is worth promotion and application in the clinical nursing work.
