中部地区入境旅游发展演变分析

An Analysis of the Development and Change of Inbound Tourism in the Central Region

采用1998—2015年中国及中部地区入境旅游相关数据,基于入境旅游流量与质交互的视角,运用接待指数与收入指数、优势指数与流质指数,并构建了流质-优势指数二维矩阵模型,分析了近18年来中部地区入境旅游流的成长规律与演变趋势。研究结果表明:(1)中部地区入境旅游流曲折性成长的18年可以划分为波动成长期(1998—2004年)与平稳成长期(2005—2015年)两个发展阶段。(2)中部地区入境旅游流成长与发展呈现出明显的层次性与阶段性,且入境旅游客流量与质的成长演化呈现出了对特殊事件的敏感性、受益于旅游业产业惯性的反弹性等演化特征。(3)1998—2015年期间中部地区入境旅游流的成长过程经历了"量弱质优型-量优质弱型"的发展态势。(4)中部地区入境旅游发展综合水平和经济效益较前期出现了下滑趋势,为此提出了业态创新,提质产品、质量为本,"服务"先行、形象创新,网罗天下等应对策略。

Adopting inbound tourism related data in China and central regions from1998 to 2015, based on the perspective of inbound tourism flow and quality, using the reception index and income index, domi-nance index and quality index, the liquid-advantage index matrix model is constructed. The growth rules and evolution trend of inbound tourism flow in the central area of the central region in recent 18 years are ana-lyzed. The results show that：（1） In the middle of the 18 years of tortuous growth of inbound tourism flows in the central region can be divided into two stages of growth period （1998-2004）and steady growth period （2005-2015）. （2） The central region of the inbound tourism flow growth and development at different levels and different phases, and the inbound tourism flow and the growth of quality evolution show characteristics of the evolution of rebound sensitivity and special events to benefit from tourism industry inertia.（3） The general level of inbound tourism development and the economic benefit of the central region of the central region has been declining.（4） This paper proposes the innovation of business model, product quality, quality first, service first, the image of innovation, the quest for world strategies.
