摘要 特教教师职后培训是促进教师专业成长、提高特殊教育质量的重要途径。针对特教教师职后规模化、系统化的培训还处于未形成完善的培训体系的问题,结合"天府特殊教育人才素质提升工程",在把握四川省特殊教育师资现状、教师培养及培训现状的基础上,探讨了特教教师职后"长短结合动态培训"模式的构建,并分析了该模式的优势和实施后的成效,表明该模式对于提高特教教师的专业技能具有优越性。 In-service training is an important approach to promote teachers'professional development and improve the quality of special education. While a large-scale and systematic in-service training in Sichuan province is still at an exploration stage. Under the background of the project of enhancing the quality of teachers of special education in Sichuan,based on the current situation of special education, teacher quality and teacher training in Sichuan, the author tries to construct a dynamic in-service training model of long and short term and analyzes its advantages,indicating this model has comparative advantages in improving profes-sional skills of special education teachers.
