从心理学视角看大学生“空心病”现象

The Phenomenon of “Hollow Disease” of College Students from the Perspective of Psychology

"空心病"又称"价值观缺陷所致心理障碍",主要症状表现为:生活枯燥,生活极度迷茫,不知道自己想要什么。随着"空心病"现象的普遍化,引发了教育者对其背后的心理学依据——自我同一性进行探讨。大学阶段是自我探寻活动和形成自我同一性的重要时期,同一性的形成与大学生自身心理健康的发展有着重大关系。文章将问题提出、影响自我同一性形成的相关因素及自我同一性健康发展调适等方面作为切入点对大学生的自我同一性进行探讨,以期从内部因素(个体自身)和外部因素(家庭、学校、社会)角度提出帮助大学生顺利形成自我同一性的对策。

“Hollow disease”, is also known as “psychological barriers caused by the value of defects”. The main symptoms includes that life is boring and extremely confused, and one does not know what he/she wants. With the generalization of the ,hollow diseas,phenomenon, the educators have explored the psycho-logical basis of self-identity. University is a very important period for college students to explore themselves and form their self-identity. The formation of identity and the development of college students＂ mental health have a significant correlation. Therefore,this paper tries to study college studentsb self-identity from the per-spective of formation and development of self-identity to find out ways to help college students to form self-i-dentity in the view of internal factors（individual） and external factors（family, school and society）.
