摘要
PLC是以电顺序的控制为基础的,以微处理器为核心的一种自动控制的装置。随着PLC在网路通信和数据处理发面的发展和完善,其扩展性更强,组态更加灵活,控制的可靠性更强,且其所具有的功能完善、体积偏小、速度快捷、维护方便的特点在实际生产中的应用也更广泛。文章就从PLC在机床电气控制中的应用进行探析。
PLC is based on the control of electrical sequence,a device that is automatically controlled by microprocessors. With development and improvement of PLC in the network communication and data processing, the extension is stronger,with tmore flexible configuration,strong control reliability,and it has the perfect function,small volume,quick speed,easy mainte- nance.This paper analyzes the application of PLC in the control of machine tool.
