近年来我国风电、光伏等新能源发电行业高速发展,新能源场站日益增多,随之对新能源的集控中心管理就变得至关重要。新能源集控中心就是用来对分散的风电场、光伏电站及中小水电站进行远方监视与控制,以实现无人值班(少人值守)的管理模式,旨在降低新能源电站运行管理成本。文章就新能源集控中心建设模式及规划进行讨论与研究,以便大家了解新能源集控中心的建设模式及整体框架系。

In recent years,with the rapid development of China＇s wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy power gener-ation industry,the number of new energy stations is increasing,and so the new energy control center management has become es- sential.The new energy centralized control center is used to disperse the wind farms,photovoltaic power plants and small and medium hydropower stations for remote monitoring and control, in order to achieve unattended （small duty）management model, designed to reduce the operation and management costs of new energy power plants.The paper discusses and studies the construc-tion mode and planning of the new energy centralized control center so that the construction mode and overall frame system of the new energy centralized control center can be easily understood.
