玉米收获机割台拉茎辊性能对上杂率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 当前市场上玉米收获机保有量较高,很多收获机在作业过程中都遇到过因割台上杂率过高使收获效果不能达到国家标准,还出现堵塞现象,因堵塞还会产生更大的故障,其主要原因是割台拉茎辊设计不适合收割地区农艺或是转速与车速的不匹配等。为了从根本上解决这个问题,也为了给行业技术人员正向思维设计拉茎辊时提供一些经验理论数据参考,现将拉茎辊做深入分析与计算,将上杂率量化,尤其依据实际经验给出了拉茎辊速度v与作业速度V以及农艺条件的临界过渡区值,形成数学模型,这样在以后的设计研发过程中,可以参照这些理论数据和模型对不同农艺条件设计出合适的拉茎辊,同时也填补了国内拉茎辊设计规范、标准上的一些空白。 In the current market,the corn harvester has a high degree of possession,and many of the harvesters have encountered in the course of the operation because of the high rate of harvesting on the cutting table so that the harvesting effect can not meet the national standard,and the clogging phenomenon occurs.The main reason is that the cutting of the cutting roller is not suitable for harvesting area agronomic or speed and speed does not match.In order to fundamentally solve this problem,and to provide some theoretical data reference to the industry technical staff in design of the draft roll,it does in-depth analysis and calculation of the stem,the upper reaches of quantification,especially based on practical experience.The critical velocity of veneer v and v,and the critical transitional area of agronomic conditions are given to form a mathematical model.In the future design and development process,it can refer to these theoretical data and model to design suitable stem roll,which fills the domestic pull stem roller design specifications and the standard on some gaps.
