摘要
高职院校工科机械类专业学生对机械零部件认识、表达及装配问题普遍缺乏感性认识,虚拟实验室可弥补实验室实际设备的不足,提升学习效率。本软件开发依托Visual Studio 2010、VC++、VRP等软件和PC硬件设备搭建零部件展示平台,具有显示精度高、质感好、实时交互性比较强的特点。软件构建思路是:先采用三维造型软件SOLIDWORKS实体建模,再将造型数据导入3Dsmax,对模型修改优化和烘焙渲染,最后在VRP中进行虚拟场景设计,实际使用效果达到设计要求,受到学生欢迎。
In this paper, the students of engineering machinery in vocational colleges are not aware of the sensibility of the understanding,expression and assembly of mechanical parts. The virtual laboratory can make up the shortage of laboratory equip-ment and improve the learning efficiency .This software development relies on Visual Studio 2010, VC ++,VRP and other software and PC hardware equipment to build parts display platform,with high precision,good texture, real-time interactive relatively strong features.The software construction idea is to use the 3D modeling software SOLIDWORKS solid modeling,then the model-ing data into 3Dsmax,the model to modify and optimize the baking rendering,and finally carries out virtual scene design in the VRP, which makes the actual use of the results to meet the design requirements, welcomed by students.
