随着国家计算机网络技术的发展,一种新型档案信息形态即档案信息数字化产生了,它由计算机系统进行管理,档案资源以数字化形式储存能长期保存和高效利用。高校档案数字化建设工作十分重要,是实现档案数据资源共享的根本。文章研究了高校档案数字化建设的必然性和对其后续发展的思考。

With the development of national computer network technology,a new type of archival information is the digitiza-tion of archival information.It is managed by computer system.Archival resources can be stored in digital form for long-termpreservation and efficient use.Digital archives in important for university archives work,and the basis to achieve the basic data filesharing.This paper studies the inevitability of the digital construction of university archives and its follow-up development.
