摘要
针对含分布式电源(DG)的配电网规划问题的特点,建立了考虑DG接入的配电网主网架及联络线综合优化规划模型,结合图论基本原理,采用两阶段算法对该模型进行求解。将联络线架设费用、停电损失费用与经济性费用之和作为目标函数以实现联络线优化和DG优化配置的协调优化,继而通过多重局部搜索和遗传算法相结合的混合算法对目标函数的寻优,实现配电网规划方案的逐步优化。将所建立的模型及提出的算法应用于67节点系统算例,证明了其有效性。
According to the characteristics of distribution network planning with distributed generators( DG) agraph model for distribution network planning was formulated including DG?’s placement and tie-line optimization.Then a two-stage method was proposed to solve the model. The cost function with the tie-line cost, outage cost andprimal economic cost simultaneously is put into the iteration scheme of the distribution system optimization to get thefinal result. The experimental result on a 67-node benchmark shows that the proposed method can get effectivedistribution system plan,which verifies their feasibility.
