基于SolidWorks的真空开关线圈式纵磁触头参数化设计 被引量:3

摘要 真空灭弧室中触头的形状和尺寸对于提高真空开关的开断能力十分重要。真空开关中线圈式纵磁触头都具有相似的结构但是在尺寸方面有所不同。在对线圈式纵磁触头进行设计时,设计人员每次都需要对触头进行重新建模,极大地浪费设计人员的时间和精力。基于SolidWorks软件平台,利用VB(Visual Basic)语言作为二次开发工具,通过对真空开关触头的结构和参数进行合理化分析,建立了真空开关线圈式纵磁触头参数化设计系统。利用该系统可以对真空开关电极触头进行快速高效地建模和装配,提高对零件的设计效率。 The shapes and dimensions of the contact of a variety of vacuum current breaker (VCB) are veryimportant to improve the breaking capacity. The coil type axial magnetic field ( AMF) electrode of VCB has similarstructures but different sizes. On designing the coil type AMF electrode, designers need to rebuild the model ofcontact, which greatly wastes the time and energy. Based on SolidWorks software platform,using VB( Visual Basic)language as a secondary development tool, and through analyzing the structure and parameters, this articleestablished the coil type axial magnetic field ( AMF) electrode parametric design system. This system can model andassemble VCB contact quickly and efficiently which improves the effiency of the product design and shorten thedesigning period.
