基于我国城镇化率超过50%这一特殊背景,以兰州青城为例,简要陈述了新型城镇化建设与历史文化名镇名村保护之间存在的矛盾和问题,并探讨了未来保护历史文化名镇名村的方式和方向,旨在建设出有文化特色、地域特色、民族特色的新型城镇。

Based on the special background of more than 50 % of domestic urbanization ration, taking Qingcheng of Lanzhou as an example, the paper briefly illustrates the contradict and problems of new-style urbanization construction and famous historical cultural town protection, and ex-plore the methods of protecting famous historical cultural town in future, with a view to building new-style towns with cultural specialty, regional specialty and national specialty.
