对山西某商住楼加层改造工程的基础加固与加层方案的选型进行了分析,并利用有限元分析软件MIDAS/GEN,对加层方案结构进行了分析比对,同时对结构阻尼比数值的选取作了探讨,最后从技术可行性出发,确定了加层方案,为今后类似工程施工提供参考。

The paper analyzes the foundation reinforcement and story-adding scheme selection of the commercial-residential building story-adding transformation project in Shanxi province, analyzes and compare the story-adding scheme structure by applying the finite element software M I-DAS /GEN , explores the structural damping ration value selection, and finally determines the story-adding scheme staring from the aspect of tech-nological feasibility, which has provided some guidance for similar engineering construction in future.
