系杆拱桥拱肋混凝土顶升压注工艺应用研究

On application of jacking and pressed pouring craft in arch rib concrete of tied-arch bridges

结合邹淄特大桥工程的结构特点及设计要求,从混凝土的主要指标性能要求、机械设备的选配方法、管道布置、泵送混凝土施工要求等方面,阐述了拱肋混凝土顶升压注工艺,解决了拱肋混凝土灌注质量差的问题。

Combining with the structural features and design requirements of Zouzi Super-large Bridge, the paper illustrates the jacking and pressed pouring craft in arch-rib concrete from the main index performance of concrete, selection method for mechanic equipment, pipeline allo-cation ,and construction requirement of the pumped concrete, so as to solve the problem with weak grouting quality of the arch rib concrete.
