产教融合机制下高职院校教研室建设研究

On Construction of Staff Rooms in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Production-Teaching Integration Mechanism

"十三五"期间是高职教育质量和内涵建设的新阶段,工学结合和产教融合教学模式、现代学徒制和集团化办学体制、中高职衔接一体化建设、专业群及骨干专业建设、网络专业课程学习资源建设和AR/VR技术应用等都需要创新教研室建设。在高职教育发展的新阶段,高职院校的教研室要改进教学计划、教学实施、教学评价,组建跨界跨专业教研室,建立校企合作的教育教学体系、教学改革研究体系、教学质量体系、校企运行机制、校企合作技术开发体系、职业文化育人体系和现代教学技术应用体系。

The “thirteenth five-year plan” provides a new stage for the development of higher vocational education in which quality and connotation construction are the most important. The paper holds that the construction of staff rooms is the key issue in the quality construction of vocational colleges in the new stage. The construction of staff rooms in vocational colleges will innovate teaching plans, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation, teaching research, technical research, enterprise-school cooperation mechanism and awarding system to form cross-specialty staff rooms to carry out the quality improvement.
