高职院校工匠精神培育路径研究

On Route to Craftsman Spirit Acquirement by Vocational College Students

随着中国经济转型升级,企业要求高职人才不仅具有技能,更需要具备职业精神。德国、日本等发达国家在职业教育中重视工匠精神的培养,故其高端制造业处于国际领先地位。职业教育中应将技能训练、素质教育和工匠精神的培育高度融合,通过校企产教融合的实训教学使学生在生产实践中体验产品工艺贡献度,共建校企文化,建立以产品为导向的价值观及"工匠精神"培育平台。

With the transformation and upgrading of China＇s economy, the enterprises in China require the graduates from vocational colleges to have not only professional skills but also craftsman spirit. The paper states that the developed countries as Germany and Japan have long emphasized the cultivation of craftsman spirit in their vocational education and such effort has made their manufacturing industries long in the leading position in the world. The author advocates that the vocational education of China will integrate skill training, quality education and craftsman spirit, strengthen practicing training and intensify school-enterprise cooperation to establish a talent fostering system which emphasizes students＇ product-oriented value and craftsman spirit.
