摘要
培训是提高从业人员素质和增强核心竞争力的有力手段,通过培训可以增强从业人员对行业的认同感,增强行业内各部门的凝聚力。学员参训积极性不高、实用性适应性培训少、培训方式单一等因素成为目前影响培训质量的主要问题,通过分析提出如何提升新疆新闻出版行业培训效果的解决措施。
Training is a useful means of improving staff s quality and increasing core competitiveness and training can also strengthen staffs sense of identity to the industry and enhance the industry's cohesive force. The paper analyzes the problems in training such as lower enthusiasm for training from staff, fewer practical training and single training mode. The paper proposes some measures on the basis of analysis.
