Research on the Ambidextrous Cultural Driving Mechanism on Transformation and Upgrade——The Mediating Effect of Ambidextrous Technological Innovation

基于情境二元性理论、创新理论和动态能力理论,深入探讨了二元文化、突破式和渐进式技术创新与企业转型升级的内生关系,构建了一个全新的企业转型升级微观实现机制。应用SPSS和AMOS统计软件以及回归分析、交叉乘积等方法,对217家江西传统制造业研发团队问卷调查数据进行分析,发现二元文化对突破式和渐进式技术创新均有正向影响,并通过二元技术创新的中介作用推动企业转型升级。

Based on the perspectives of contextual ambidexterity9 innovation theory and dynamic capabilities？ it develops a deep understanding about the internal link between ambidextrous culture？ radical and incremental innovation and firm transformation and upgrade. Eventually,a brand -new micro - drive mechanism for firm Transformation ＆ Upgrade is launched, A questionnaire survey towards R＆D teams in 217 Jiangxi traditional manufacturing is conducted？ with the helpfrom SPSS and AMOS statistical software and using regression and multiplicative interaction analyses etc. It is found that ambidextrous culture has a positive effect on both radical and incremental technological innovation 9 and through which it positively drives firm transformation and upgrade. The conclusions have reinforced the theoretical foundation of the ambi-dextrous culture and put a significant emphasis on the importance of managing flexible factors for firm innovative develop-ment. At last, implications and suggestions are given for future researches.
