摘要
在回顾现有文献基础上,首先,立足中国情境,采用质性研究方法,初步确定了本土包容型领导的测量题项;然后,综合运用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、回归分析等方法对测量量表进行了实证检验;最后,形成了一个包括5个维度、22个题项的本土包容型领导测量量表。
This paper adopts qualitative research method to develop a preliminary inclusive leadership scale in Chinese context based on reviewing the extant literature, then applies exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and regression analysis methods to validate the scale. Lastly, an indigenous scale of inclusive leadership which contains 22 items in five dimensions is de-veloped. Research results provide measurement tools for domestic scholars to conduct empirical study on inclusive leadership in Chinese context and theoretical foundation for Chinese firms to implement inclusive leadership practice.
