组织双元研究趋势与热点领域分析——科学知识图谱视角

An Analysis on the Evolution Path and Hot Topics of Organizational Ambidexterity-Based on the View of Scientific Knowledge Map

以Web of Science数据库中历年有关组织双元文献为研究对象,借助Citespace Ⅲ软件,利用共引分析理论和寻径网络算法绘制组织双元研究领域知识图谱,探究组织双元研究变化趋势和研究热点。研究发现:(1)组织双元研究逐渐受到学者关注和重视;(2)组织双元研究发展遵循多视角和多层次的演进路径;(3)组织双元研究已经形成外部前因、双元情景、管理者、环境、战略柔性、效率困境、双元假设等七大领域以及创新悖论管理、渐进式创新和双元领导等三大组织双元前沿问题。

With the help of visualization software-CiteSpace Ⅲ,it researches the Web of Science on organizational ambidexterity to draw the knowledge maps about analyzing the research hot spot and change trends.The results show that:(1)Organizational ambidexterity caught the attention of the scholars all over the world.(2)there are multiple perspectives and multi-level explanation of evolution path about the development in organizational ambidexterity.(3)major hot areas are external antecedent,ambidexterity context,manager,environment,strategic agility,productivity dilemma,ambidexterity hypothesis,and the three frontier problems is managing innovation paradoxes incremental innovation ambidextrous leadership.
