摘要
交联乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物绝缘线缆辐照加工后,容易出现交联程度不够、绝缘和护套发黄以及线缆卷绕开裂等质量问题,分析其产生的原因,并提出预防解决措施。
After the irradiation, the crosslinked ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer cable is prone to quality prob-lems ,such as crosslinking degree unenough, insulation/jacket,s colour become yellow and bending crack. This arti-cle analyses the cause of quality problems, and introduces the way about how to prevent and solve the series of ques-tions.
