辐照型橡套电缆绝缘配方的研究

摘要 以氯化聚乙烯和聚烯烃弹性体为主体材料,采用辐照交联的方法,研究了满足橡套电缆使用的绝缘橡皮的性能特点,对主体材料、辐照敏化剂、填充补强剂、防护体系和增塑剂加以选择,并对辐照工艺进行讨论,确定了辐照型橡套电缆绝缘的优化配方和辐照工艺,对成品线缆绝缘进行测试,结果表明性能优良。 Based on chlorinated polyethylene ( CPE) and polyolefin elastomer ( POE) as the main materials, the properties of insulating rubber used in rubber cables were studied by irradiated cross一linking method. The properties of insulating rubber, such as host material, irradiation sensitizer, plasticizing agent and the irradiation process were discussed. The optimized formula and radiation dose of the radiation一type rubber一sheathed cable insulation were deter一mined. The insulation of the finished cable was tested and the results showed that the performance was excellent.
