提高超声波气体流量计精度的整流装置研究 被引量:1

摘要 当均速管流量传感器安装在弯头下游时,由于流体流动为非充分发展湍流,增加了放大器流量检测的误差。为提高仪表检测精度,提出了在超声波气体流量计前端一定距离安装整流装置改善气态分布均匀性,减少超声波测量误差的方法。采用理论计算分析和实际试验相结合的方法,基于传统整流装置,设计了改进型整流装置结构。经实验验证,安装改进的装置后,超声波流量计的线性误差减少到0.2%内。 When the averaging pitot tube flow sensor is installed at the downstream of elbow,the flow regime is not fully-developed turbulence,which will increase the error of flow measurement. In order to improve the accuracy of flow measurement,a method to reduce the error by installing a flow conditioner at downstream of the elbow for reforming the symmetry of flow velocity profile was put forward. Based on the traditional flow conditioner,the improved flow conditioner was designed by the method of theoretical calculation and analysis combined with real flow experiment. Verified by the experiment,after installing the improved flow conditioner,the linearity error of the ultrasonic flow meter was reduced to 0. 2%.
