摘要
对现有大型循环流化床锅炉环保达标排放技术路线进行分析、总结,提出仅靠锅炉运行调整或锅炉改造无法满足超低排放要求时,可考虑增设成本低廉的选择性非催化还原(SNCR)烟气脱硝设备,脱硫优先选择炉内石灰石脱硫及炉外半干法脱硫方式,除尘优先选择超净电袋复合除尘方式,在满足超低排放的条件下,有较好的经济性。
The existing large scale circulating fluidized bed boiler environmental protection technology roadmap was analyzed and summarized. The author indicated that the low cost selective non-catalytic reduction( SNCR) could be added if the ultra-low emission requirements cannot by satisfied by boiler operational adjustment or boiler reconstruction. Limestone in-furnace desulphurization,semi-dry out-furnace desulphurization and ultraclean electrostatic-bag composite dust removal shall be preferred for desulphurization and dust removal.
