现阶段,信息资源在社会发展中扮演的角色越来越重要,而档案资源作为信息资源的重要组成部分,其价值与作用也日益凸现。本文描述了如何发挥现代计算机技术,将纸质地震档案数据进行加工,实现信息电子化,包括档案信息电子化的趋势、档案电子化的优点和如何推动档案电子化等。实现档案信息电子化,有利于科研人员方便快捷地检索、查阅相关档案资料,有利于实现地震系统数据资源共享,并加速推进档案管理现代化的进程。

At present, information resources play a more and more important role in the development of society, and as an important part of information resources, the value and function of archival resources are becoming more and more important too. The paper describes how to make full use of modern computer technology to realize the electronic data processing of paper seismic archives, including the trend of electronic archives information, the advantages of electronic archives,how to promote the electronic archives, etc. It shows that the electronic archives are beneficial to the archives＇ convenient and quick search. It is helpful to realize the sharing of data resources of seismic system, and accelerate the process of modernization of archives management.
