摘要
南京国民政府成立之初,创立负责边疆教育的机构——蒙藏教育司。蒙藏教育司在不断完善过程中,通过边地考察,制定相应政策和规划,并进行了边疆教育实践。在推进边疆教育的过程中,国民政府相关机构也参与其中,《边地青年教育实施纲要》的公布,明确边疆教育由蒙藏教育司主管,扭转了各自为政的局面,边疆教育在蒙藏教育司的统管下获得了进一步发展。
Mongolian and Tibetan Education Department in charge of borderland education was established in the early establishment of Nanjing National Government. Mongolian and Tibetan Education Department had perfected itself by making borderland investigations, formulating corresponding policies and planning, and conducting borderland educational practice. The Implementation Summary of Borderland Youth Education was announced, clarifying that the Mongolian and Tibetan education Department was put in charge of the border- land education, thus having reversed the fragmented situation. Borderland education has made further progress under the administration of Mongolian and Tibetan Education Department.
