摘要
介绍Shell煤气化装置中ZGM133G中速辊盘式磨煤机的结构、使用及日常维护,针对出现的磨煤机落煤管堵煤、煤仓架桥、石灰石称重给料问题,进行相应改造与优化,取得较好效果。
ZGM 133G medium speed roller type pulverizer used in SHELL coal gasification plant and its structure,application and maintenance were described in this paper. Corresponding transformation and optimization regarding to blockage in the feeder ,bridge over coal bin and limestone weighing system were taken. The results become perfect.
