导叶对立式筒袋泵次级叶轮性能影响的研究

摘要 为了研究导叶对筒袋泵性能的影响,以GLN450-5立式多级筒袋泵为对象,采用ANSYS-CFX软件,运用标准k-ε湍流模型对泵内部流动进行了定常数值模拟,根据数值模拟结果求解其重要的性能指标,并对泵内部流场分布规律做了定性分析,得到了不同导叶情况下,流道内的流动情况。结果表明:空间导叶的效率相较于径向导叶在各个工况下都要高;正导叶对于提高整体装置扬程有一定效果,流量越小效果越明显。 In order to study the impact of guide vane on the performance of vertical barrel pump, GLN450-5 vertical multistage barrel pump was taking as a subject. Taking ANSYS-CFX software and standard k-ε turbulence model to make steady numerical simulation for the flow inside the pump, the simulation results were used to solve the key performance index ,and find the pump internal flow field distribution principle by qualitative analysis,getting the flow situation in the flow pass when using different guide vanes. The result shows that the efficiency of space guide vane is higher than that of radial guide vane under every eases ,and positive guide vane has certain effect to raise the head of the whole plant,and the lesser the flow,the better the effect.
