摘要
结合实际工况案例,探讨石化装置中大口径、高温、真空工况下管道材料的设计,着重叙述管道受内压、外压下管道壁厚的计算方法及结果。对于高温下标准规范中没有给出外压曲线的材料壁厚计算,提出一种方法,供材料设计者进行探讨。
This paper discussed the piping material design in petrochemical plant where medium and large diameter piping,high temperature and vacuum situation exist,emphasizing on methodology to calculate the wall thickness under internal and external pressure, especially the calculation of wall thickness without external pressure curve under high temperature in present codes and standards.
