总结煤粉气化装置中气固双相流调节阀的使用现状,分析使用中出现故障的原因,结合各类阀门的结构特点指出存在的不足,给出合理的使用建议和改进措施,指出了其国产化的方向及其国产化过程中应该注意的关键点。
The application of gas-solid two-phase flow control valve in critical parts in coal gasification plant was summarized.Suggestion and improvement measures were presented after analyzing the structure of the valves,their defects and causes of failure.Key points in domestication were advised.
