“短命建筑”产生的原因及规避措施研究

Research on the Reason of “Short-lived Building” and Avoiding Measure

"短命建筑"造成巨大的资源浪费、严重的环境污染以及惊人的财富浪费。基于此,从城市规划、政府政绩、建筑人文价值三方面分析"短命建筑"产生的原因,并提出解决措施,包括完善城市规划,建设节约型城市;转变政绩观念,坚持建设项目的民主科学决策;创建文明城市,推广人文价值建筑等,以提高建筑物的寿命。

Short-lived buildings cause serious resource waste,great environmental pollution and amazing wealth waste. This paper analyzes the reasons of short-lived buildings from urban planning,government performance and building humanistic value,and puts forward the measures including improving urban planning and building a conservationoriented city,changing the concept of performance and persisting the democratic scientific decision-making for construction projects,creating a civilized city and promating humanistic value building to improve the life of the buildings.
