省级非物质文化遗产保护存在的问题及对策——以甘肃陇西云阳板为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Protecting the Intangible Cultural Heritage at the Provincial Level: Taking Longxi Yunyang Board in Gansu Province as an Example

从2005年始,我国逐步开展非物质文化保护事业,成绩斐然,尤其是国家级非物质文化遗产项目得到了较好的保护。但是,作为优秀传统文化重要组成部分的省市县级非物质文化遗产项目并未得到应有的重视,保护工作也存在着许多问题。陇西云阳板是甘肃省省级非物质文化遗产项目,自2010年申报成功以来,在保护与传承工作中存在许多问题,且其问题具有一定的典型性与普遍性。文章在分析存在问题的基础上,探讨解决问题的相应对策。

Our country has taken steps to protect the intangible cultural heritage since 2005, and has since made remarkable achievements especially at the national level. However, as an important part of the outstanding traditional culture, the intangible heritage at the municipal and county levels hasn＇t been paid enough attention and its protection still has many problems. For the Longxi Yunyang board which succeeded in its bidding for the Gansu provincial intangible heritage project in 2010, there exist many issues in its protection and inheritance that are typical and universal. Based on analyzing the existing problems, this paper discusses the corresponding countermeasures.
