摘要
以某发动机试验室建设项目为背景,采用热平衡法对发动机性能试验室和可靠性试验室的通风、排烟系统进行了设计,根据被测试发动机功率等参数,建立了内燃机的热平衡方程,分析了所需要的系统的工作能力,规划设计了通风系统的气流组织形式以及排烟系统的布局形式,经过试验验证,通风系统和排烟系统均满足使用需求。
Based on an engine laboratory construction project, the heat balance method is adopted in the design of ventilation and ex- haust system in test room for engine performance test and reliability test. According to the test parameters such as engine power, the heat balance equation of the internal combustion engine is established, and requirement in the system is analyzed, as well as the airflow distribution form of ventilation system and the layout of the exhaust system are designed. After the test verification , the ventilation sys- tem and smoke exhaust system meet the use requirements.
