摘要
阐述了柴油颗粒捕集器(DPF)后处理及其再生系统的工作原理,针对DPF积碳问题,设计了具体的超声清洗+反向冲洗的试验方案,对超声波清洗DPF的效果(使用DPF清洗剂)进行了分析,试验对象DPF在清洗前与清洗后相比质量减少了33 g,烘干后DPF表面无明显积碳残留,说明通过超声清洗+反向冲洗这一方案能够有效的清除DPF中截留的积碳颗粒。
Emission requirements are more and more strict with the upgrading of emission regulations.DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter),as one kind of emission technology,plays an important role for diesel engine.This paper expounded the working principle of DPF postprocessing and regeneration system in order to solve the problem of DPF carbon deposition.The experimental scheme of ultrasonic cleaning(using DPF detergent) and reverse flushing equipment were designed to complete corresponding experiments,and the effect of ultrasonic cleaning on DPF had been analyzed finally in the paper.
