摘要
为了实现车载逆变器小型化和实用性的特点,设计了一款改进的车载逆变器,该逆变器包括220V交流电输出和USB双路输出结构。介绍了车载逆变器的工作原理,研究了应用TVS箝位技术吸收尖峰电压和降低功耗的方法,提出使用LM2596结合该稳压电路进行双路输出的方案,并利用CX7131B智能芯片实现双USB输出。同时,利用saber仿真软件对输出电压和输出电流进行仿真,并搭载了实验模型进行验证,结果表明:电源各项指标达到设计要求,有较强的实用性和可靠性。
In order to realize the miniaturization and practicability of the vehicle mounted inverter, an improved vehicle inverter is designed, which includes 220V AC output and USB dual output structure. Introduces the working principle of the inverter, the application of TVS clamp technology absorption peak voltage and power consumption reduction method, put forward to use LM2596 with the voltage stabilizing circuit of dual output scheme, and using CX7131B smart chip dual USB output. At the same time, the simulation of the output voltage and output current using the saber simulation software, and equipped with the experimental validation, the results showed that the indexes of power supply to meet the design requirements, strong practicality and reliability.
