摘要
对火箭出厂测试过程中,出现故障的严重程度进行分类,将多因素决策方法与排故经验进行有效综合,通过采用故障树方法、故障替换法、故障交换法等相应的处理步骤进行排故,可在确保系统安全的前提下,使系统故障快速定位,达到排故的目的。供出厂测试人员参考。
In this study, the faults that appeared in the factory test were classified according to severity. Furthermore, the multi-factor decision-making method and troubleshooting experience were effectively synthesized. In addition, by clearing troubles with the fault tree, fault replacement and fault exchange methods, as well as the other corresponding processing steps, these system faults can be located quickly on the premise of ensuring system safety, allowing the purpose of troubleshooting to be realized. This study provides reference for the factory test staff.
