摘要 3D打印技术是一种快速成型技术,由于该技术制作实体模型具有速度快、精度高的优势,使其在制造业各领域中得到广泛应用。近年来,随着对3D打印技术研究的不断深入,在医疗领域中引起临床上越来越多的关注。目前该技术在打印制作手术器械、人体组织模型、植入材料以及药物打印和生物打印等均有报道,并在许多疾病治疗研究中展现出独特的优势。本文简单介绍3D打印原理并主要针对3D打印技术在脑外科疾病中运用的相关文献进行检索,综述介绍目前3D打印技术在我国脑外科领域中的发展现状及远景展望。 Three-dimensional printing (3DP) is a kind of rapid prototyping technology, because it has the advantages of high speed and precision in producing entity model, it is widely used in various fields of manufacturing industry. In recent years, with the deepening of the research on 3DP, more and more attention is paid to its application in clinical medicine. At present, this technology has been reported to be used in printing surgical instruments, human tissue model and implant materials, and medicine printing, biological printing and so on is also reported, and it shows the unique advantages in the research on treatments for many diseases. This article introduced the principle of 3DP, and reviewed development present situation and prospects of current applications of 3DP technology in the field of cerebral surgery in our country.
