法语歌剧《卡门》恰似吉普赛姑娘鬓角上的一朵花儿，红遍全球炙手可热。1982年1月，中国观众在北京天桥剧场第一次现场聆赏这部西方经典，那是中央歌剧院首演的第一个中文版本，因其别具神韵独一无二，

In January 1982,Chinese audiences saw the first staged production of Carmen in Beijing's Tianqiao Theatre.It was the first sung version in Chinese,performed by the Central Opera House(now renamed the China National Opera House).The same venue put on the French original version on April 1 and 2 this year.On the same stage was the same set design from 35 years ago.This time,Huiling Zhu,who's enjoyed a reputation in European opera houses,played the title role.
