摘要
凉水塔主要存在的问题在于由于循环水水质原因导致填料结垢严重,影响布水和除雾效果,出水温度不能满足生产要求,频繁更换填料增加生产成本。通过采用新型填料解决了上述问题,出水温度降低了5℃左右,压降降低了20Pa,使用寿命大幅延长。
The main problem of cooling tower is serious fouling of packing caused by the quality of circulating water, which affects water distribution and demisting efficiency. As a result, the outlet water temperature can＇ t meet the requirement of production and frequent replacement of packing increases production costs. To solve the above problems, new type of packing was used. The outlet water temperature is reduced by about 5℃ and the pressure drop is reduced by 20 Pa. The operation life is greatly prolonged.
