二氧化硫和水蒸气对钒钛脱硝催化剂的影响

Effect of sulfur dioxide and steam on V_2O_3/TiO_2 denitration catalyst

摘要 以氧化钛作为载体,采用浸渍法制备了V_2O_5-M/TiO_2等系列催化剂,通过活性评价,考察了温度、活性组分含量、二氧化硫和水蒸气对催化剂脱硝活性的影响。结果显示,催化剂5%V-M/TiO_2在低温下,二氧化硫和水蒸气对催化剂的脱硝性能影响较大,转化率由未加二氧化硫时的90%降到加入300×10^(-6)二氧化硫时的85%,160℃时,影响较小,转化率由92%降为91%,180℃以上,二氧化硫和水蒸气对催化剂基本没有影响,转化率仍能保持在92%以上。说明催化剂在180℃以上具有良好的耐硫耐水性能,添加元素M可以提高催化剂的耐硫脱硝性能。 V2O5-M/Ti O2 series catalysts were prepared by impregnation method with titanium dioxide as carrier. The effects of temperature,active component content,sulfur dioxide and steam on the denitration activity of the catalyst were investigated by the activity evaluation. The results showed that the effect of sulfur dioxide and steam on denitration performance of 5%V-M/Ti O2 catalyst is bigger at low temperature. The conversion rate decreased from 90% to 85% when 300 ppm sulfur dioxide was added. At 160 ℃,the impact was small with the conversion rate decreased from 92% to 91%. Above 180 ℃,sulfur dioxide and steam almost had no effect on the catalyst with the conversion rate maintained above 92%. It indicated that the catalysts have good sulfur resistance and water resistance performance above 180 ℃. Adding element M could improve sulfur resistance and denitration performance of the catalyst.
