摘要 手足口病（Hand foot and mouth disease HFMD）是由肠道病毒引起的儿童传染病,多发于5岁以下儿童.引起手足口病的肠道病毒种类多,目前以肠道病毒71型（EV71）和柯萨奇病毒A16型（CA16）为主要流行毒株.流行毒株常交替改变,患儿感染后产生的相应抗体不具有交叉保护性,这是手足口病呈反复流行的主要原因.手足口病的早期诊断、治疗与隔离是控制流行的有效手段.
