摘要
近年来强烈地震频发,地震区水电工程大坝抗震安全性倍受社会关注。随着我国水电工程技术的进步,同时通过对实际震损情况的调查分析、不断吸取经验教训,大坝防震抗震设计理论和方法均取得了较大发展,为建立健全水电工程防震抗震标准体系、工程措施以及应急管理等提供了重要基础。本文概述了我国水电工程震损调查的情况及获得的启示;介绍了工程防震抗震设计标准体系及其基本内容;重点论述了抗震设防标准、地震地质灾害调查、生命线工程以及应急防灾体系等规范要点。
In recent years, the seismic safety of high dams is a socially concerned issue. With the development of hydropower engineering, and also with rich experiences of earthquakedamages investigation and statistics, the practice of seismic design for hydropower projects has obtained great achievements. These include but are not limited to design codes, engineering measures and emergency managements. The earthquakedamages investigation is reviewed and the framework of seismic design are introduced, giving emphasis to the key issues including the seismic resistance criterion, earthquake-induced geological disasters, lifeline engineering, and earthquake disaster prevention and reduction, etc.
