摘要
将碳排放纳入能源效率评价体系,根据1990-2013年中国省际面板数据,测算了能源效率现状,并构建面板结构变截距模型,从结构效应、技术效应和规模效应3个角度选取5类指标,分析了中国省际能源效率的关键影响因素。研究表明:第二产业比重对能源效率的影响最显著;其次是第三产业比重;最后是规模以上工业企业所占比。
Based on the panel data of provinces in China from 1990 to 2013,the present situation of energy efficiency under carbon-emissions is analyzed.Then 5 indexes from the three angles of technical effect, structural effect and scale effect are selected to analyze the key influencing factors of provincial energy efficiency under Carbon-emissions in China.Findings shows that the second industry has the most significant impact on energy efficiency, followed by the proportion of the third industry, and the last is the proportion of industrial enterprises above designated size.
