摘要 针对陆上油气资源勘探开发环境影响评价问题,在综合分析陆上油气资源勘探开发环境影响及相关研究基础上,基于PSR构建陆上油气资源勘探开发环境影响指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,基于三角模糊数的语言变量计算陆上油气资源勘探开发环境影响指标值,通过多级可拓综合评价模型进行评价分析,并以某地区的油气资源勘探开发为例阐释具体的计算分析过程,为评价陆上油气资源勘探开发环境影响提供参考。 Questions are posed aiming at environmental impact assessment of onshore oil and gas exploration and development. Based on PSR environmental impact, index system is set up in a comprehensive analysis of onshore oil and gas exploration and development and related environmental impact study. AHP identify indicators weights and index value of the environmental impact of exploration and development of onshore oil and gas resources is calculated by using triangular fuzzy numbers linguistic variables. Evaluation is conducted by using multi-level extension analysis and comprehensive evaluation model. Taking oil and gas exploration and development in an area as an example, detailed calculation and analysis process for the evaluation of environmental impact is done, providing a reference for environmental impact of onshore oil and gas exploration and development.
