百日咳疫苗保护效果及持久性的研究进展

Research progress on the effectiveness and persistence of pertussis vaccine induced immunity

百日咳已成为全球的公共卫生问题,而接种百日咳疫苗是预防百日咳的最有效方式。但近年来全球不同国家出现了"百日咳再现",百日咳疫苗的保护效果再次引起人们的关注。国外已开展大量的疫苗保护效果的研究,而中国开展相关的研究很少。本文介绍了百日咳疫苗的保护效果及持久性的研究进展,结合国内外百日咳疫苗的研究情况以及中国百日咳的流行情况,提出了加强免疫的必要性。

Pertussis is a global public health problem, and vaccination with pertussis vaccine is the most effective way to prevent the pertussis. But in recent years, pertussis has reemerged in many countries. The effectiveness of pertussis vaccine has again become a public concern. A large number of studies on the effectiveness of pertussis vaccine were conducted in foreign countries, but few have been conducted in China. This article summarizes research progress on the effectiveness and persistence of the pertussis vaccine induced immunity, and emphasizes the necessity of booster immunization with pertussis vaccine, based on the domestic and foreign situation of pertussis vaccine and the prevalence of pertussis in China.
