社会主义现代化“新三步走”战略设想

Strategic Design of New Three Steps in Socialist Modernization

社会主义现代化总任务是指引中国发展之路的核心目标,自新中国成立以来,中国之路先后经历了毛泽东时期的"四个现代化"战略(1964—2000)、邓小平时期的"三步走"(1980—2050)、新时期的"三步走"战略(2000—2050),这些目标具有开创性、继承性、连续性和在国际社会中的独特性。目前,中国第一个百年目标胜利在望,胜利在握,在继承此前中国发展任务的基础之上,可以提出中国社会主义现代化"三步走"战略设想(2030—2050—2078)。第一步是2030年建成共同富裕社会;第二步是2050年实现社会主义现代化;第三步是2078年,建成高度发达的社会主义现代化国家。

The task of socialist modernization is the central goal to lead the development path of China. Since the establishment of new China, it experiences strategy of ＂Four Modernizations＂ of period of Chairman MAO Ze-dong （1964-2000）, ＂Three Steps of Development＂ period of DENG Xiao-ping （1980-2050） and strategy of ＂Three Steps of Development＂ of the new era （2000-2050）. All these aims are innovative, inheriting, succes- sive and peculiar in the international world. At present, the success of the first one-hundred years＇ aim is within view and based on the previous development task of China; strategic design of the ＂Three Steps of De- velopment＂ （2030-2050-2078） of socialist modernization can be put forward. The first step is to construct a wealthy society till 2030; the second step is to realize socialist modernization till 2050; the third step is to construct a highly developed socialist modern country.
