国有工业企业在区域经济发展中有重要的主导作用,它是区域财政收入的主要来源。对黑龙江省国有工业企业进行区域经济效益分析,既可以深入了解各区域内的国有工业企业的经营状况和其优缺点,又可以根据分析结果对各区域的国有工业企业发展提供数据支持和对策建议。对黑龙江省14个区域内的国有控股的工业企业进行分析比较,明确各区域经济效益差异,找出产生区域差异的原因,进行有效的改革和调整来提升区域经济效益,是协调全省平衡发展的关键。

State owned industrial enterprises play a leading role in the development of regional economic economy and the main source of regional financial income. Analysis of the benefit of the regional economy can further show the management situation and merits and demerits of the enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, and provide data support and dealing strategy for the development of the enterprises. Comparison of the 14 state holding stock enterprises, defining the differences of different regions within the province, pointing out the reason for the difference and reforming and adjusting benefit efficiently all contribute to the harmonious develop- ment of the province.
