严寒、寒冷地区被动房建筑能耗指标研究

Energy Consumption Index of Passive House in Cold and Severe Cold Regions

随着我国建筑节能工作的深入开展,德国被动房理念开始传入我国。本文在介绍德国被动房指标的技术条件基础上,分析了我国的气象条件及建筑节能要求与德国的差异,提出了我国严寒、寒冷地区被动房的年采暖能耗限值,并分析了达到限值时,各气候区建筑的总节能率。

With the deep research of building energy conservation, the concept of German passive house is introduced into China. By describing technical conditions of German passive house index, this paper analyses the difference of meteorological conditions and building energy conservation requirements between China and German, and puts forward the limit of annual heating consumption of passive house in cold and severe cold areas in China. Meanwhile, this paper analyses the total energy-saving rate of the building in different climate areas when the annual heat consumption reaches the limit
