低位水囊应用于足月妊娠中促宫颈成熟引产 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨低位水囊应用于足月妊娠中促宫颈成熟引产。方法抽取2014年1月~2016年6月在我院接受治疗的110例有引产指征的足月妊娠孕妇作为本次研究对象,按照入院先后顺序将所有孕妇分为对照组和观察组,对照组(n=55)单纯采用催产素引产,观察组(n=55)采用低位水囊联合缩宫素引产,对两组有引产指征的足月妊娠孕妇的治疗总有效率、临产时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率进行对比分析。结果观察组有引产指征的足月妊娠孕妇的治疗总有效率(94.55%)、临产时间(900.41±301.24)min、术后出血量(196.25±59.54)ml及并发症发生率(5.45%)明显优于对照组有引产指征的足月妊娠孕妇(P<0.05)。结论低位水囊联合缩宫素应用于足月妊娠中有较好的促宫颈成熟及引产作用,能够有效缩短孕妇的临产时间,减少术后出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,是一种安全、有效及经济的引产方法,值得在产科临床工作中进一步推广及运用。 Objective To investigate the application of low water capsule in the induction of labor in term pregnancy, Methods January 2014 to 2016 in June in our hospital 110 cases of abortion refers to the syndrome of full-term pregnant women,divided randomly into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,the control group was given oxytocin,the observation group with low water bag combined with oxytocin. Results Treatment of pregnant women group,the total efficiency(94.55%), labor time 301.24 900.41+rain in the operation,the bleeding (196.25+59.54)ml and complication occurrence rate (5.45%) was significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion low water sac Combined oxytoein used in full-term pregnancy had better promoting cervical ripening and labor induction effect,can effectively reduce the of pregnant women in labor time,reduce postoperative bleeding and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,is a safe,effective and economic method for induction of labour,it is worth popularization and application.
